Kyle is a play-by-play broadcaster located in the Blacksburg/Roanoke area specializing in hockey and baseball. As a graduate from Virginia Tech's Sports Media and Analytics program and the Virginia Tech Graduate School, Kyle brings extensive experience with four year of sports broadcasting and five in news media.
He has previously broadcasted for the Morehead City Marlins of the Coastal Plain League, the High Point Hushpuppies of the ONSL, and currently serves as the Director of Broadcasting for Virginia Tech's ACHA Ice Hockey team. He also filled in for several games for the Roanoke Rail Yard Dawgs of the SPHL in the 2025-26 season.
He also had the opportunity to branch into ESports this year, where he led the broadcast for Virginia Tech’s first Blacksburg Breach tournament. Kyle spent 25 hours on-air in a two-day span broadcasting Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege with universities competing from across the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
Kyle also has experience behind the scenes directing and operating cameras, the switch board, audio board, and in-venue music.
